We are a blank check company whose purpose is to effect a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination. The mission of the Rodgers Silicon Valley Acquisition Corporation is to provide fundamental public technology investors with early access to an excellent technology company from Silicon Valley, where each of our founders and directors has lived or worked for at least a decade (and in the case of our CEO, 50 years). Two of our members are active venture capitalists. Our Board and our advisors are connected to well over 500 technology companies, a majority of which are in Silicon Valley, where “connected” means having direct investment, holding a board seat, or, at a minimum, having vetted a company’s business plan. Each member of our management team thus has a network of talented people who help evaluate ideas. We plan to target companies that compete in the areas of peak activity in Silicon Valley: Green Energy, electrification, and storage; Smart Industry (IoT); Artificial intelligence; and the new manufacturing wave.
